Questions
Short questions, direct answers, including the ones where the honest answer is that we cannot promise something.
$0 to have the site built and shown to you. Then, only if you want to keep it and only after you have read the finished site: $249 for the site on its own, $400 with six months of hosting, or $500 with twelve. Nothing further unless you take one of the hosting bundles.
No, and there is nothing to sign. The site is a one-time $249, or $400 or $500 with hosting included. Hosting is not sold on its own. When a bundle's prepaid months run out it renews at $25 a month with no term: stop it and the following month is not billed. Nobody is locked in, and nothing on this site says otherwise.
Then you say so and that is the end of it. You paid $0 to look, so there is nothing to refund and nothing to chase. We close the private link and delete our copy. There is no card on file and nothing to cancel.
Because a proposal is worth nothing and a finished site is worth a lot. Most practices have been sold a website they could not see until they had signed. We would rather you judged the real thing on your own phone, and if it is not good enough you owe us nothing.
You do. The domain is registered in the practice name. The code we write for you is yours once it is handed over, with no licence key and no export fee. The words, the photos and the content are yours from the start, because most of it came from your own listing in the first place.
Yes, and you do not need our permission or our help to do it. The $249 is literally the files. If we are hosting it, ask and we send the same files and then stop hosting it. Move it to any host, hand it to any developer, or park it. Nothing is held back and there is no leaving fee.
Days, not weeks. Most sites are finished and on a private link within two business days of your details reaching us, and you get an email the moment yours is ready. If your public listing is thin, out of date or contradictory, that is the one thing that slows it down, and we say so by email rather than guessing at the parts we cannot source.
Requests from your site are emailed straight to the practice. Nothing about a patient is ever stored. No database, no Chairside system, no spreadsheet, no analytics profile with a patient name in it. The only copy is the one in your own inbox, and when you delete that email it is gone. This is not a policy we could relax later: there is no Chairside system to store it in.
No. Every site is written for one practice, from that practice's listing. There is no theme picker, no page builder, and no stock layout that another dentist is also using. The stack the pages are built on is the same across practices, in the same way two houses can share a foundation without being the same house. The design, the structure and the words are yours alone.
No. There is no newsletter, no drip campaign, and no list your address gets added to. You get the messages about your own site: the link when it is ready, the handover, and the answer to anything you ask. Ask us to delete the record and we do, unless we are still required to keep a payment record.
The practice name and the link to your Google listing. Those two things are enough to build the real site. A phone number and an email so we can reach you. Anything else, including a current website, is optional and only makes the first draft closer.
Then send whatever public listing you do have, or say so in the notes box. If we cannot build a real site from public information, we tell you. There is nothing to refund, because building it costs you nothing in the first place.
Then you get to compare, which is the point. We do not need access to your current site, we never touch it, and nothing goes live on your domain until you say so. Your existing site keeps serving patients while ours sits at a private address. If you pass, nothing changes for you at all.
Yourself, yes — it is plain HTML, so any developer can read it. If you would rather we did it, changes are quoted before any work starts, and you can always say no. If you took one of the hosting bundles, the console we give your front desk covers the everyday edits, like hours and closings.
Chairside was built for dental practices and that is who it is priced and written for, down to the wording on the pages. If you run another kind of practice and want the same thing, email us and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
Ask anything that is not here. Write to richard@grea.site or call (480) 790-3494 during business hours, and you will get an answer from the person who builds the sites, not a form letter.
The legal detail lives in the terms, the privacy page and the refund policy, all in plain English.
